TMW is a beautifully gentle and flowing sequence of movements
designed to enhance and promote our physical and emotional wellbeing.
The movements, which have their origins in Tai Chi, Chi Kung and meditation,
are simplified and can be performed standing or seated.
This makes them accessible to a wide range of fitness and mobility levels.
