While working as professional musician, including support touring with Coldplay and multiple stadium performances, I sought methods to remain centred under pressure. This journey led me to study a wide spectrum of Eastern and Western mindfulness practices, particularly those with a somatic (body-based) approach. The tools I learnt - and now share - not only enhance wellbeing, but also support performance in areas such as academics, music, sports, and business.

 

I have studied Elemental Qigong with Mark Rasmus, Primordial Qigong with Ken Cohen, and am a certified teacher in Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing.

 

I also hold a degree in Anthropology and Psychology (Durham University, first class honours), which has given me a nuanced perspective on how both culture and psychology influence performance and wellbeing.
