TMW is a beautifully gentle and flowing sequence of movements
designed to enhance and promote our physical and emotional wellbeing.
The movements, which have their origins in Tai Chi, Chi Kung and meditation,
are simplified and can be performed standing or seated.
This makes them accessible to a wide range of fitness and mobility levels.

How to move with poise and grace

How to let go more easily of worry and stress

How to relax and unwind your body the gentle way

Each week we will systematically add 3 moves, giving you time to learn the form effectively and correctly. ✅

There will be discussion on how the body and mind interact to support optimum wellbeing. 🔄 🌿

Every session will end with tea and biscuits for those who want them! ☕️🍪
